I’m in between sizes. What should I get?
If you are wavering between 2 sizes, we recommend getting the smaller option. So if you are deciding between size 7 or 7.5, we recommend choosing the 7.
My clogs and running shoes are different sizes. What should I get in BALA?
BALA Twelves are closer in feel to a running shoe than clogs, so we recommend using your running or tennis shoes to guide your size decision.
I need help picking a size. How can I get a recommendation?

What’s my size in EU or Men’s sizes?
I’ve used them for a week so far, and love them. Zero foot pain. I am a hospital phlebotomist and am on my feet 90% of the day, these shoes are cute and comfy. They do Not squeak on the hospital floor’s and don’t feel slippery either. I’ve received several compliments and ran into an RN with the same shoes needless to say she has 2 pairs! Definitely worth buying. I typically wear a size 9.5 I purchased a 9 and they fit excellent, for sure recommend sizing 1/2 down…. They are snug when getting on but not a big deal to me.
She loved them got lots of compliments
I’ve been a nurse for 29 years. This is the first time in many years my feet did not hurt at the end of my shift. I love the comfort. I do have 2 complaints though. I wear ankle socks and by the end of the day my socks have twisted up in my shoes and the snap on front over the laces is a little hard to get it just right to snap and time consuming when you’re in a hurry to dress.
Made my 12 shifts fly !
My daughter loves her shoes. She said she wore them for two days in a row and she had no pain in her feet like she usually does. Her co workers (friends) tried them on and loved them too!
