I’m in between sizes. What should I get?
If you are wavering between 2 sizes, you should order the smaller of the 2 unless your feet run wide (we recommend opting for the larger size in this case).
My clogs and running shoes are different sizes. What should I get in BALA?
BALA Twelves are closer in feel to a running shoe than clogs, so we recommend using your running or tennis shoes to guide your size decision.

I have wide feet so I got the wide. Still a little tight. If I could get another millimeter or 3 I would plan on buying them again. I wore them for an entire day at home and loved the fit initially, but being obese and a history of achilles tendon injury just isn’t a good mix for these shoes. After a couple of days I went back to my Nikes. I have perfectly straight big toes and these shoes did not like that at the end of the day. I unfortunately didn’t find this out until I wore them to work.

I have the regular and wide size , while the regular size fits snug for the first few uses, it eventually conforms to the shape of your feet then it fits like a glove. The wide size on the other hand, fits well and roomy right away upon your first use ,then after few uses, it seems loose to the point that it’s almost a size bigger than your regular size .

These are so much better for me and especially my feet. The initial ones I bought are tight at the metatarsal heads and could only wear them 3-4 hours at a time. I have received a few compliments on their style already. Thank you for accommodating those of us with a wider foot, which may (should) include many men.
