Do you have a size chart?
I’m in between sizes. What should I get?
If you are wavering between 2 sizes, you should order the smaller of the 2 unless your feet run wide (we recommend opting for the larger size in this case).
My clogs and running shoes are different sizes. What should I get in BALA?
BALA Twelves are closer in feel to a running shoe than clogs, so we recommend using your running or tennis shoes to guide your size decision.
I need help picking a size. How can I get a recommendation?
We’d love to help! Click the chat button on the lower right hand section of your screen or email us at call-light@WeAreBALA.com and we’ll get back to you ASAP!
If I don’t get the right size, can I return or exchange my order?
Our first priority is getting you the right size so we accept returns and exchanges for 30 days after purchase. See the returns and exchanges section of this page for more information.
Should I get a standard width/size or wide size?
You know your feet best. If you typically wear clogs, or a wide size in athletic-style sneakers on shift, we recommend purchasing the wide option if available.

Very comfortable. Attention to detail. Stood for 8 hours-never thought about my feet!
My BALA EXPERIENCE
This shoes is exactly what I’m looking for to wear to my clinical rotations. It’s comfortable, waterproof and has a little swag. Love my shoes. I 1000% approve of these shoes for nurses.
close to perfect, but not quite there
I really wanted these to be the end-all-be-all shoe and they just barely missed the mark. I love them a lot, but the sizing runs a bit small and the fit takes some getting used to. They are fluid resistant but they also leave my feet a bit clammy by the end of my ~13 hr shift. I've worn them for one 40 hr week and they need some buffing/spot cleaning, but the white is still show-stopping.
Style: so cute and stylish I got a lot of compliments on it! Comfort: overall worn it multiple shifts and it feels like a clove shoe. My first shifts with it, my shins were hurting. Do I recommend it: maybe? It’s a nice shoe but def for someone who is not running around on their feet for 12 hours
The shoes are comfortable. The only problem is they squeak loudly. I had to stop wearing them because people were joking that they knew when I was coming into the unit. Great show, just make them less squeaky!!!
